As well as the Basque Cooltour guided tours, our history and tradition are tied in with our artisanal cheesemaking dairy in the foothills of Monte Adarra in Urnieta. Mikel and Inma are the names behind Adarrazpi. Adarrazpi is our home, and also home to our flock of sheep, as well as the cheesemaking dairy where we work hard every day to deliver the fullest flavour from our sheep's milk.
Decades working with cheese, different varieties and traditional dairy produce, using our own raw materials, are the best possible hallmark. We painstakingly look after every corner of our farm, to ensure farming methods that care for the welfare of our sheep and our surroundings. Ingredients with zero food miles to create a wide range of cheeses and sheep's milk dairy produce.
